    SHORT CURRICULUM VITAE

    Konstantinos C. Kostopoulos is a Professor of Corporate Strategy at the University of Piraeus. Prior to that, he was an Assistant Professor of Management at Norwich Business School, University of East Anglia (UK), and an Assistant Professor of Management at EADA Business School (Spain). Konstantinos has coordinated and participated in several research and consultancy projects in the fields of strategy and innovation management, business transformation, R&D assessment and policy, and human resource development for large international organizations such as the European Commission (DG Enterprise and Industry, DG Research, DG Reform, Horizon Europe), the SAS Institute, the Swiss National Science Foundation, the Hellenic Foundation for Research and Innovation, the General Secretariat of Research and Technology (Greece), the Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network Operator, the Hellenic Public Properties Company, and the Athens International Airport. Konstantinos has received numerous teaching and research awards, and he had served as an expert reviewer for the Swiss National Science Foundation and the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada. His work has appeared in leading scientific journals and conference proceedings including, among others, the Journal of Management, Journal of Management Studies, Human Resource Management, Long Range Planning, Group & Organization Management, Journal of Business Research, European Management Review, International Journal of Human Resource Management, European Management Journal, and the Academy of Management Best Papers Proceedings. His current research focuses on the study of organizational innovation and learning as multilevel phenomena, on the behavioral theory of the firm, and on the human resource management practices within organizations operating in high-velocity and digitized markets.
