SHORT CURRICULUM VITAE
During his Ph.D. studies, Dr. I. Giannatsis has worked as a Researcher and Teaching Assistant at the Dept. of Industrial Management & Technology. In 2008 he was elected Lecturer of Advanced Manufacturing Technologies at the same Department. He is currently an Associate Professor teaching courses in the areas of Advanced Manufacturing technologies, CAD/CAM systems, Ergonomics and Product Design. He has authored more than 30 papers published in refereed journals and presented in scientific conferences. His published work focuses on Additive Manufacturing and 3D Printing technologies, as well as their applications in product design/development and manufacturing, and the medical sector.
