Educational visit of 2nd-year students to the KAFKAS Storage and Distribution Center

As part of the 2nd-year course “Production Systems Design”, an educational visit was organized on 16/5/2025 to the Storage and Distribution Center of KAFKAS SA. The students of the Department had the opportunity to see up close modern technologies and robotic storage and order management systems. Warm thanks to Ms. E. Kourmouli and N. Giannakopoulou as well as to Mr. D. Georgas (graduate of the Department’s postgraduate program) and K. Mamatzakis for the excellent presentations they gave us, the fruitful discussions we had and for the hospitality they provided us.
