Joint event of the Department with Eurobank – Design Thinking & Customer Journeys

On Tuesday, November 5, 2024, from 18.00-20.30, the Department of Industrial Management and Technology organized an introduction event with Eurobank for undergraduate and postgraduate students. During the event, the visiting Eurobank executives enthusiastically shared with us their knowledge and experience on design thinking, a structured innovation process, on customer journeys and their design process, as well as on what it is like to work at Eurobank.
